Landcare CampsStudents from local high schools have participated in these three day camps at Bournda for several years. In term one this year Bombala High School participated in activities including water quality testing, kayaking and snorkeling, weed management and shorebird assessments. This program was a joint venture with National Parks and Wildlife Service and Southern Rivers Catchment Management Authority. |

Camping Season at Bournda Term 4 is a great time to come camping in Bournda National Park. Book your school event for Years K-12: Leadership Camps, Peer Support, Class Camps, all with a focus on outdoor recreation activities in the great outdoors. Enjoy close encounters with possums, bush walking, kayaking and participating in the many things that the park has to offer. Bournda EEC staff can also assist teachers to plan and conduct field trips for students from K-12, which are designed to specifically target KLA outcomes. |
